Why am I crying at a dog with a Russian accent making bad puns?

I knew Bruce Costella was an excellent physical performer that could clown with the best of them. I did not know he could turn up the emotions high enough to reach orbit.

The show is a funny, silly show about a dog in space. There are plenty of jokes of varying degrees of cleverness (and he lets you know when he identifies one as clever).

But, like every movie with a dog in it, you do end up crying for some reason. I don't know who made that rule, but it continues to hold here.
