The Butter Chicken Odyssey

This show is quintessentially Edmontonian.
Ramneek Singh set out on a years-long project to try – and rank – basically every Butter Chicken made by a restaurant in Edmonton.
After two years, 51 Butter Chickens and, I assume, dozens of cautionary notes from his doctor, he finished the project.
And then, doing the most “Fringe” thing possible, he turned it into a quote “story about immigrant trauma, assimilation, and trying to find yourself in the meals people carry across oceans”.
The run for this show is completely sold out before the festival begins, but I've got my tickets and I'm excited to give it a look.
