Tim Cartmell skips work (again)

Once again, Tim Cartmell didn't show up to work.

He blamed everyone but himself, but here's the thing: he skips meetings all the time. He's perpetually truant when important issues are being discussed.

He has over 30 times the missed votes of Andrew Knack.

I predict an extra-long vacation in his future, however, starting on October 20th.
