Karen Principe says it's too "colonial" to mention Europe or Utah when talking about solar

Don't say Utah.

Noted rightwinger and Better Edmonton Councillor Karen Principe stopped a discussion about permitting balcony solar panels to insist that any reference to Europe and Utah be removed from the motion for being "colonial".

This is the same councillor who defended the police chief's trip to Israel, where he visited illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank.
