EPCOR is trialing something really cool.

As part of the installation of 14 ultra-fast EV chargers, EPCOR will be deploying a DERMS, a system that intelligently scales power usage based on peak grid demand.

This means that systems like EV chargers and industrial uses that have high peak requirement, but low constant usage could get connected to the grid much cheaper and much more efficiently.

Lower costs and better utilization of the infrastructure we already have.
