Tim Cartmell Skipping Work: The Musical
Timmy would like you to forget all about how he started his summer vacation: by skipping a key infill vote to reduce maximum midblock units from 8 to 6. His absence caused the motion to fail. But, through the magic of musicals, this moment is now immortalized.
