Edmonton is one of the youngest cities in Canada, and Rajah will bring the next generation's perspective to the table.

Rajah has been in and around City Hall for many, many years. She's advocated for Black, Indigenous and racialized representation in City Hall and she's provided critical support within councillor's offices.

The big risk of electing a newbie to City Council is they get in and they don't know how to do anything - Rajah has been working inside City Hall longer than some incumbent councillors!

She's been a fierce advocate for affordability, good public transit and proper urban design.

Her youthful, passionate, fiery energy will give our council the jolt of energy it needs to kick off the next term with a bang. I'm stoked to have her join council.
